Join Kristi EVERY OTHER FRIDAY EVENING for Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is a high-energy, and breath-focused class. Build strength and increase flexibility in this power flow session, linking our postures together seamlessly using our breath. Allowing for modifications for all - levels! Join me!
Some props are available at the studio, but students are always encouraged to bring their own! Wear loose and comfortable fitting clothing to get the most of your movement and meditation.
