About the Event

Join me for an 8-week series each THURSDAY at 10:15 a.m. from February 11 - April 1, 2021. This series is specifically designed for those who are brand new to yoga or are really interested in learning the basics as you get started! We will learn foundational concepts of practicing yoga and explore the use of yoga props to make yoga accessible for everyone individually. Learn to use yoga as a tool to bring wellness to the mind, body, and spirit. This course is perfect for anyone looking to start a yoga practice from the ground up.

Price:

$80 for the series, must be paid at registration, no refunds for missed classes.

Requirements:

Props are required for this class, yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, and blankets. Some props will be available for those attending in-person classes. Kristi will work with you to purchase props prior to class if needed - this fee will be added to your registration. Or if you are not able to purchase props, please let Kristi know and she will work with you to discuss at-home substitutions. Please note that props ARE ESSENTIAL to safely beginning your yoga practice.

The class will fill up quickly as studio space is limited by size and in order to abide by the highest safety measures. We will also offer a zoom option for those that are not comfortable attending in person.
